You wiill be tasked to analyze multiple factors (business needs, holding company's policies, and other human capital related policies) to create, recommend, formalize, socialize, and monitor programs or initiatives related to employee's compensation and benefit in order to support the continous growth of the company
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university (min GPA 3 of 4)
- Experience in Compensation & Benefit will be a plus
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Strong orientation to details, able to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Passionate and self-motivated
