- Acting as account manager that will be handling Client's account and find candidates based on Client's requirements
- Finding CV candidates on company's database based on Client's requirements
- Arrange interviews with candidates
- Dealing and negotiation with candidate
- Maintain company's database
- Finding new projects
- Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Candidate must be having good skill in communication both Bahasa and English
- Attention to detail in finding right candidates
- Focus and target oriented
- Must be having sales skill, negotiation skill and analytical skill
- Customer services oriented
- Female will be preffered
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
