Welcome to our Training Management Program!!!!
You will be part of the Training Management Program, regardless your background. You will be trained to the level where you can be responsible for a business management role. The program consists of three phases, where you will be trained according to these phases:
Sales & Marketing : Focussing on customer services, communication and sales skills. As the starting position, you will be dealing with potential customers in face to face level. Thus, you need to enjoy meeting new people!
Training Development : Focussing on training and people development. This is the Junior Management Position where you will be responsible of a leadership role of managing a small team.
Business Development : Focussing on business management, administration and industry operation. This position is an office-based position where you will be managing an office and supports clients in achieving their goals.
