Responsible for greeting all visitors to the club house, allocating tables and supporting the wait staff. You need to be friendly, attentive and passionate about the customer service experience. You will know and understand what it means to deliver a high standard F&B service and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding the guest's expectations. In addition you possess a warm and welcoming nature, understanding of the day to day operations within a club house. You should have previous experience of working within a restaurant and be looking to join a dynamic company with standing for service excellence
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant/Bar Waitress (minimum 6 months)
- Excellent grooming and bubbly personality
- The ability to work calm and well under pressure
- A good approach to teamwork and ability to manage a busy section
- Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
- Superb attention to detail
General Requirement:
- SMK Graduates
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Height minimum 155cm
