Graduates will be rotated during the 18 months Trainee program, across ABB’s Business and divisions, with a six months overseas assignment. The program has been specifically designed to provide graduates a broad range of experiences and a good foundation in areas ranging from engineering design to commissioning or service activates. This high profile program will includes excellent learning opportunities such as personal leadership, mentoring programs, technical and product training, industry site experience and training with leading-edge technologies.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates with minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4 in the fields of electrical engineering e.g. Power Systems, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical, Control Systems, Instrumentations.
- No more than 1.5 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Flexible, adaptable & able to travel / relocate as required.
- High level of initiative and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Good leadership skills and a team player, organized, and structured.
- Eager to learn and keep him/ herself updated in the fields of Electrical Engineering
Our application selection process consists of a phone interview and assessment center (consist of a face-to-face interview, a group and an individual assignment) and a pre-employment medical test.
The successful selected applicant will be expected to join in October 2014.
