- Conduct training preparation
- Deliver training in classroom
- Evaluate and analyze training result
- Develop and improve training material
- Responsible to maintain all equipment and training facilities
- Submit monthly report to superior
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in Automotive Engineering or Japaneese Language from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
- Has more than 2 years experience in automotive industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
- Male, Age 24-35 years old.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and high initiative.
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & able to work as team.
- Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available work overtime, willing to travel, hard working, and has big interest in automotive.
