This position is responsible for assisting the Finance Manager with general data entry, analysis and reporting.
The incumbent will also perform some administrative duties and other project work as assigned.
Essential Duties:
1. Enters data into the Finance systems (Accurate) and extracts data from Finance systems to Excel
2. Works with HR and Payroll to reconcile weekly and monthly Headcount reports
3. Assists Finance Division with Month-end closing
4. Assists Finance Division in updating inventory reports and warehouse summary reports

Job Specifications: The incumbent must have the ability to work individually and as part of a team. The ability to work with deadlines, while maintaining accuracy is also necessary.
Knowledge: The incumbent must be presently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program at an accredited college or university in the field of Finance, Accounting or a related area.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, is required
Abilities: Effective written and oral communication skills are necessary, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
