- Responsible for operating the ASN IT SD IM Service Desk regional operations to meet ASN IT Sevice Level Agreement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology is a must, from reputable university
- Possess 1 year experience as IT help desk / service desk.
- Having good understanding on computer lieterate in general.
- Advance knowledge and application of MS Office.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Fast learner and able to work independently or as a team player
- Willing to work hard and under pressure
