Responsibilities :
- In charge of wireless BO task in term of product Fault management, Configuration Management, Release Management and Preventive Maintenance of MS H3I 2G/3G Network.
- Working as Tier2 level technical support engineer.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Have more than 2 years experience in related telecommunication area.
- Have powerful and abundant knowledge of wireless product (FBSC Nokia 2G) or (Huawei 2G&3G) Maintenance Tier2 level technical Support
- Fluent in English English is a must, able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skill & communication skill
- Troubleshoot technical problem that occurs in customer network
- Do health check and preventive maintanance for wireless equipment in customer network
- Build and update database of equipments and configuration in related network
- Analyze and optimize customer network
- Responsible for customer satisfaction in maintanance delivery
- Develop technical ability of the customer
